Reclaiming Public Education

I am a public school teacher. I am here to celebrate the strengths and benefits of the American public education system as well as to offer my opinions about productive and meaningful reform. While there is much change needed in public education, the current reform effort being headed by a small cast of billionaires and a disconnected political elite is misguided and is actually harming our education system. I am here to reclaim public education.
